When it comes to providing Bribie Island & Surrounding suburbs with great service at great prices, Bribie Island Mowers & Cycles has it covered!
First opening its doors around 30 years ago, Bribie Island Mower & Cycle Centre operated on First Avenue Bongaree before relocating to Verdoni Street Bellara and trading successfully for many years, then sadly the business co-owners at the time decided to separate the Mowers from the Cycles and became two separate business's known as Bribie Island Mowers & Millenium Cycles.
Then around 7 years ago, Todd & Debbi Halley took over the Mower Shop after the business owner and close family friend sadly passed away, leaving his devistated wife a business she could not operate.
For the first few years ofthe new ownership of Bribie Island Mowers, Todd ran the business on his own whilst Debbi continued her career as a local property manager. He only serviced, repaired and sold lawnmowers and some small petrol engine machines but they were soon given the oportunity to expand their business to again work with bikes. After a few hicups, eventually it became a reality and Debbi ceased her full time career to help in the small business as it continually grew. Once Todd and Debbi commenced the sales and servicing of pushbikes, It was at this point that Bribie Island Mower & Cycle Centre again become a single entity.
Since then, the business moved has from Verdoni Street Bellara to Armitage Street Bongaree successfully building thier reputation, stock and clientelle and are now excited to have relocated to its new and bigger main street location at 211 First Avenue Bongaree and are set up to service Rideon mowers, pushmowers, line trimmers, chainsaws, generators ect as well as basic pushbike servicing and repairs.
Over the coming weeks, they will be extending thier stock and bringing in new mowers & garden equipment, pushbikes, adult tricyles as well as scooters and skateboards along with more accessories, so shopping for everyone including for Christmas in this one shop will be time saving!
Adult Alloy Frame Bikes start at $290. Tricycles in 20 & 24 inch only $700.
