University of Sunshine Coast’s (USC) Orientation Day

Federal Member for Longman Terry Young MP cooked up a storm on the BBQ for the University of Sunshine Coast’s (USC) Orientation Day at the Caboolture Campus on Monday, February 17.

Mr Young said it was great to be there to support USC's commencing students and give out free sausages and bottles of water to help them get started on their university journey.

“I am committed to ensuring that all Longman residents can chase their dream whatever that may be,” Mr Young said.

“One of the first questions I asked the university after I was elected was what the future holds for the Caboolture campus, and I was delighted to discover there will be an extra 1000 places at the university in the future.”
