Ali King, ALP Candidate for Pumicestone if Elected and Her Priorities.

“The $30.4 million ($20 Million from the Federal Government and $10.4 Million from State) locked in now is a good start but I will keep pushing for more funding for Bribie Island Road. Duplicating the entire stretch of the road is my biggest priority, and that's what I will be focused on delivering for our Pumicestone community.” Ali said.

“The feedback I am getting from residents is that duplicating Bribie Island Road is what’s needed most urgently. A number of people have also raised concerns with me that if we have a bigger bridge will mean more cars and development on the island.”

“That's why I'm focused on fixing Bribie Island Road first and foremost.”
