Highlight Team: Bribie Ocean
Bribie Ocean is the highest-ranked Bribie team playing in Division 2 this year, coming up from Division 3 after winning their Grand Final last year. And they are having a crack at making the finals again this year, beating the top team on Saturday by 21 goals! Their coach, Melissa Galjaardt, has been instrumental in developing their game and creating an atmosphere where everyone gives everything for the team. Melissa is a well-respected senior coach at Bribie Netball who has guided many of our girls to be the fine players they are today. Melissa believes that these girls can win the rest of their games and be a real Finals chance…watch this space!
